Information submitted for directory publication is reviewed by our moderation staff. Upon approval, business contact details and listings are indexed in POOVEXA's public directory to facilitate legitimate commercial inquiries.
3. Private Inquiries & Quotation Data
Formal B2B quotation inquiries transmitted through POOVEXA are protected by strict Row-Level Security (RLS). Enquiries are accessible exclusively to the initiating buyer and the recipient verified business owner.
4. AI Discovery & Privacy Boundaries
Our discovery agents analyze only published, public directory records. Proprietary quotation discussions, unpublished draft profiles, and private account credentials are never ingested into generative AI models.
